Andrew is a career agency recruitment professional recognised as an expert in all matters related to delivering successful hiring projects, specifically across the Commercial & Legal Contracts Management disciplines.

Prior to launching AG-Search, Andrew led a recruitment division and service offering for an international recruitment group, personally delivering 200+ successful hires and overseeing many more.

“Having operated within the technical sectors leading commercial & legal contracts (pre-award, post-award and subcontracts) recruitment for 20+ years my knowledge and networks are deep. Commercial, Legal Contracts, Pricing and Deal Management are highly specialised professional disciplines, interconnected but often unique in scope and focus to an individual business.

My niche is an in-depth understanding of the intrinsic technical skills, commercial competencies and how these are applied across industries. Allowing me to consult and engage on a professional ‘peer-to-peer’ level to deliver successful hiring outcomes.
